Schedule a new audit

You can create audits on your device while connected or disconnected from the internet.

Online mode or connected to the internet 

1. In the top left of the screen, tap the Menu icon  > Audits .
2. Tap the plus icon .
3. Select the questionnaire you wish to use for the audit.
4. Select the entity or site where you will conduct the audit.
5. The default audit start and end dates are displayed. Modify dates and times as required.
6. Tap the checkmark icon  to save.
7. The audit you just created is highlighted, and its details are displayed in a panel to the right of the screen. In this panel you can choose:
   1. To close the panel
   2. To open the audit and start responding to the questions
   3. To upload the audit to Compliance Checkpoint cloud
   4. To edit the audit
   5. To discard, view and export the audit

Offline mode or disconnected from the internet

1. Before your device goes offline, you are required to download the questionnaires and entities required for the audit, after which you can work in offline mode.
2. In the top left of the screen, tap the Menu icon  > My Questionnaires .
3. Tap on the questionnaire you want to download and then tap the Download button displayed in a panel to the right of the screen.
4. The chosen questionnaire will be downloaded to your device.
5. In the top left of the screen, tap the Menu icon  > Entities .
6. Tap on the entity you want to download and then tap the Download button displayed in a panel to the right of the screen.
7. The chosen entity will be downloaded to your device.
8. Disconnect from the internet by switching off the wi-fi or network connectivity.
9. In the top left of the screen, tap the Menu icon  > Audits .
10. Tap the plus icon .
11. Select the questionnaire you wish to use for the audit.
12. Select the entity or site where you will conduct the audit.
13. The default audit start and end dates are displayed. Modify dates and times as required.
14. Tap the checkmark icon  to save.

Notes:

• The system automatically filters the list to display audits falling within a 4 week time window. If your new audit falls outside this window, it will not appear on the list. (See Filter an Audit)
• Once a Questionnaire has been downloaded it will remain on your device until you reset the local storage of the App.
• The App will identify any changes made to the Questionnaire on your Compliance Checkpoint cloud account, and prompt you to update the Questionnaire the next time you are on the My Questionnaires screen.
• Once an Entity has been downloaded it will remain on your device until you reset the local storage of the App.

The App will identify any changes made to the Entity on your Compliance Checkpoint cloud account, and prompt you to update the Entity the next time you are on the Entities screen.
