How can I set up scoring in my questionnaire?

We highly recommend you use scoring for all your audit and inspection questionnaires. This gives you an objective measure of compliance, a means to automatically set a pre-determined rating to a site, and a way to track result trends over time.

Scoring can be set up easily. Just click the edit button for any response to a question, and you will see several configuration options.

Click Do you wish to score these responses. This allows you to set up a score for each response. For multiple choice and drop down lists, you can enter all the scores at once, each one on a separate line.

Do this for all the questions you wish to score.  They system will automatically add up the scores at audit time, and provide a chart of score percentages for each section in the audit.
