Can I insert guidance notes and instructions in my questionnaire?

Yes, you can set up any amount of help and guidance for each question. We provide a special are for this, where you can format text, insert links to external documents, images, and other resources, or to the regulations on which the questionnaire is based.

You can set this up as you are adding questions, or you can modify any question and insert help and guidance later. 

To get to the help area, first click a Section name, or the circle displaying the number of questions in the Section.  This will open a list of questions. Click the Edit button in the right hand column of the question.

The add/edit question screen has 2 tabs: Question and Responses, and Question Help.

Click the Question Help tab and enter details as required.
