Download a public questionnaire

A network connection is required for this function.

1. In the top left of the screen, tap the Menu icon  > Public Questionnaires .
2. A list of questionnaires shared by the Compliance Checkpoint community is displayed.
3. Tap on the questionnaire you want to download and then tap the Download button displayed in a panel to the right of the screen.
4. To change the questionnaire title, touch the questionnaire name text.
5. Tap OK.
6. A confirmation dialog will be displayed.
7. Tap OK.
