Download from my questionnaires

A network connection is required for this function.

1. In the top left of the screen, tap the Menu icon  > My Questionnaires .
2. A list of questionnaires created or downloaded by you is displayed.
3. Tap on the questionnaire you want to download, and then tap the Download button displayed in a panel to the right of the screen.
4. A confirmation dialog will be displayed.
5. Tap OK.
