A network connection is required for this function.
The Compliance Checkpoint App will identify any changes that have been made to the questionnaires on your Compliance Checkpoint cloud account, and prompt you to update.
Method 1: Update a single questionnaire
- In the top left of the screen, tap the Menu icon > My Questionnaires .
- A list of questionnaires created or downloaded by you is displayed.
- The questionnaires with pending updates will be indicated with the tag “UPDATE PENDING”
- Tap on the questionnaire you want to update and then tap the Update button displayed in a panel to the right of the screen.
- A confirmation dialog will be displayed.
- Tap OK.
Method 2: Update multiple questionnaires
- In the top left of the screen, tap the Menu icon > My Questionnaires .
- A list of questionnaires created or downloaded by you is displayed.
- The questionnaires with pending updates will be indicated with the tag “UPDATE PENDING”.
- Tap on the UPDATE ALL button next to search text box.
