Share a questionnaire

A network connection is required for this function.

1. In the top left of the screen, tap the Menu icon  > My Questionnaires .
2. A list of questionnaires created or downloaded by you is displayed.
3. Tap on the questionnaire you want to download and then tap the Share  button displayed in a panel to the right of the screen.
4. To change the questionnaire title, touch the questionnaire name text.
5. Select the On button to share your name, if desired.
6. Select the On button to share your email, if desired.
7. Tap OK.
8. The shared questionnaire will appear in the Public Questionnaires.

Notes

• A public questionnaire can’t be shared.
• Once your questionnaire is shared it can’t be deleted from the public library. Contact Compliance Checkpoint support for assistance.
• You don’t need to share your questionnaire to the public library, in order to be used by other users on your team.
